Opera Coast web browser App Reviews

Used to be cool & reliable for reading a variety of niche websites. Now this app closes or changes website format during reading or video viewing, unexpectedly.

Working great in iOS 9.3.1 Opera Coast is a splendid browser. Swiping to navigate, bookmark, or banish pages is much nicer than poking. Whats more, no application I know of has better "Whats New in This Update" notes.

I usually like everything Opera provides… But this is an exception. It’s put together to spoon feed users content from Opera-selected web sites. If this is configurable, Opera’s kept it a secret. There are lots of other/better browsers and RSS feed Apps.

So easy, fast, and simple! This app is perfect.

Very good and very useful. Performs as promised.

After the last update, it keeps crashing on my iPad Mini 2. Can no longer use it.

This is the browser Steve Jobs would have loved! Bookmarks you can really manage. You will love the way everything is laid out. Icons are in.

I just downloaded this app 2 days ago... I like it, but now it crashes whenever I visit certain sites. Frustrating to say the least

Love the look and feel more than any other browser, but favorites/bookmarks are not user friendly and are very generic. No folder creation ability for grouping of these.

Only mobile browser I ever use.

BEST BROWSER EVER, easy to find and keep what you want and trash what you no longer need. Makes sites as easy as home screen icons Have used it for years! IT IS THE BEST HANDS DOWN !!

The logic is different from Safari and Chrome, and it takes some time to get accustomed, but once you do, this browser flies!!!! Very quick and very good. Sending a link might be difficult for the recipient, but the browser is GREAT !!!!!

I tested then deleted it. They think a clever interface is a substitute for ease of use. Its not.

My favorite part about coast is its clean simplistic look. That was ruined in the last update when a big heart was added. Itd bleeds over to the second page and looks hideous. Remove the heart and coast would be 5 stars!!!

Ive used Coast for several years now. It is different from Safari---which Ive never liked, and Chrome, which I use in my laptop. The differences make it far more suitable for mobile devices. Its fast and intuitive in design. Great browser. Very happy with it. Id use it on my laptop, too, but its not supported by my password program (yet?). If it ever is, Ill switch on that device too.

About none of the gestures on this version works right. Bookmark a page? Open in new tab? All wonky. It does render webpages okay despite a big lag when scrolling, but the interface in awkward.

Opera is so much faster.

The new Opera browser is easy to use and is now my gateway app on my iPhone5s. The sleek design makes surfing quick, painless, and easily accomplished with just the thumb.
